We actually had several birthday celebrations for Beka – one with Auntie Meg, who was able to come visit from New Hampshire over Valentine’s Day weekend, and then another with family and friends a few days before her real birthday. (Her real birthday – February 24th – was spent in the car driving to Colorado for a family vacation!)
The kids were very excited to spend time with Auntie Meg – it’s always fun when she’s able to come back to Kansas for a visit!
Then we had a Cupcake Party on February 20th for the birthday girl – and Mommy made plenty of cupcakes for her!
Beka really seemed to enjoy her first ever cupcake as well. Thanks Britney for the great picture!
And last but not least, an attempted family photo before she “blew” out the candle!
