Unfortunately the tourney is over for the Jayhawks, but I thought I'd post a few pictures of us cheering them on! Sorry I haven't updated the blog more, we'll get some more Beka pictures up soon!Beka sporting her Kansas finery!

Luke's Big Boy Room

I finally got some pictures taken of Luke's new "Big Boy Room" - he moved across the hall from the nursery about a month before Beka was born, and he loves it! Since he is really into all things sports even before the age of 2, that's how we decorated. We're still adding things here and there, but he really loves to show everyone his new room when they come over to visit!

Beka arrived last Tuesday night - stubborn from the get-go and Erin had to have a C-Section. But mommy is recovering very well, and baby is settling in to the family quite nicely. Luke seems to like having her around so far, though we have to make sure he doesn't kill her with kindness! Yesterday he tried to share his goldfish with her, and the day before that it was his apple. At least he's sharing! We told him that every time she stretches her arms out that she's waving at him, so he really gets excited and says "Hi Beka" to her all the time!

Here's some pictures of the nursery - we moved Luke into his new "big boy room" (pictures coming soon) and so Beka is in the same nursery Luke was in before, we added a few "girl" touches, but it's pretty much the same. We'll add her name above the crib soon too.

Our family of four is getting along wonderfully so far - we can't wait for everyone to meet Rebekah!
